If you are experiencing issues logging in with your email address, try the following steps.
1. Ensure you are using your work email address to log in. Structural accounts are linked to your company’s email domain and are most likely the exact same as your HR system or Single Sign-On provider (ADP, Azure, Google, etc.)
2. If you have multiple email addresses registered with your company be sure to verify with your HR or IT team which is your primary email address to use within Structural.
3. If you are inputting your primary work email address and you still receive an error, please contact support@structural.com.
