As a Structural Admin you have the ability to enable or disable a user if a company sync is not in place. This allows any Admin to disable a user who has left the company or who has re-joined the company.

To Enable or Disable a user follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account on app.structural.com

2. Select your Profile Photo

3. Select Admin Organization

4. Select Manage People

5. Search for a specific employee then click the ellipsis icon on the right side.

6. Select to either enable or disable the user based on their current status.

If a user is currently enabled, it will show an option to disable the user. If a user is shown as disabled, it will show an option to enable the user.

*In order to see your changes take full effect, you will need to refresh your browser window to confirm the changes you've made.

Admins can also sort the users by their status, either active or disabled. Click the Standing v option and choose to view Active or Disabled.

Active: All users On-boarded or Not On-boarded in Structural are consider active. A user is On-boarded once they log into the app for the first time.

Not On-boarded: The user has not ever logged into Structural.

Disabled: This is for employees who have left the company or who have opted out of having a Structural profile. This is setting can also be used if an employee is on leave but may return and you want to have access to their profile data.
