If a user needs their password reset, both platform admins and the Support team can assist. Passwords can be reset either by initiating a password reset link via email or can be manually reset within the Organization Admin section.
Log into the web version of the platform app.structural.com
Select your profile picture or initials in the upper right-hand corner and select Organization Admin.
Navigate to the bottom left side and select Manage People
Search for the specific user and select the ellipsis icon on the right side.
To initiate a reset password email, select Send Password Reset Email or to manually reset a password select Set Password.
Enter a new password and confirm that new password. Then select Set Password.
