Currently, if a user need to reset their password, it can be reset by the Company Admins or the Structural Support team. In a unique setting where a user does not receive the password reset link via email, then a Company Admin can take the following steps to update the users password and reduce passwords being shared through email.
1. Log into the web version of Structural app.structural.com
2. Select the headshot in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Organization Admin
4. Navigate to the bottom left side and select Manage People
5. Search for the specific user and select the ellipsis icon on the right side.
6. Select Set Password
7. Enter a new password and confirm that new password. Then select Set Password.
To reset a users password via email. Follow the steps to complete the reset.
1. Log into the web version of Structural app.structural.com
2. Select the headshot in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Organization Admin
4. Navigate to the bottom left side and select Manage People
5. Search for the specific user and select the ellipsis icon on the right side.
6. Select Send Password Reset Email
The Password Reset Email will be sent to their email listed below their name.
