Internal Opportunity Marketplace, Connect Post, Sharing

Once you have created a new Opportunity in your team's Marketplace, it's time to spread the news to your team! Sharing Opportunities through a Connect Post will trigger notifications, increasing engagement from your team and will help streamline company communications. Here are three ways to share a newly created or an existing Opportunity into a Connect Post.

1. Share an Opportunity from the Home Page

1. On the Home Page under "What's going on at (company name)?" you can select Opportunities to display the Recent Opportunities list. You can then select the Share button.

2. This will take give you a popup where the Opportunity will automatically be placed into the post. From there you can add text and select which audience to share this post to.

*Note: No other options (Media, polls or people) can be added to this post.

2. Share an Opportunity from Opportunities Tab

  1. From the Opportunities tab (found under the Grow menu), you can select the Share button.

2. This will take you to Connect where the Opportunity will automatically be placed into the post. From there you can add text and select which audience to share this post to.

3. Share an Opportunity from The Connect Tab

1. From the Connect tab, you can select the Opportunity option.

2. Then you can choose up to 10 Opportunities to share in one post and select Add to Post in the bottom right.

3. Now those Opportunities will be loaded into your Connect post. Lastly, you can choose your Audience and choose to post now or later.

Now you're all set up with various ways to create and share Opportunities with your colleagues to create awareness across the team! πŸŽ‰
