This help article will guide Microsoft Teams Administrators through setting up the MS Teams integration for Structural. Your company has already partnered with Structural. Enabling this integration allows your users to access Structural through MS Teams, in addition to the mobile app, and the web (app.structural.com).

We will review the sections below to set up Structural in MS Teams:

1. Provide consent at the organization level to allow Structural to be an MS Teams integration.

2. Locating & Adding Structural to designated Teams.

3. Installing & Pinning the Structural App for your company users.

4. Allow MS Teams Notifications.

Note - We recommend enabling all notifications at the company level. From there, all users can control and adjust their notifications at a personal level.

A few items to keep in mind:

  • Only users who have the MS Teams app installed will receive the notifications.

  • Once they start receiving the notifications in Teams; they will also the have the option turn them on/off or change their type in the MS Teams notifications settings.

Now you're all set! πŸ‘
