Allowlisting (others may refer to it as "whitelisting") the Structural sending IP allows the emails generated by the Structural platform to reach your teams inboxes, rather than spam folders. The one time request of your IT team is to: change the configuration of the receiving email server to accept mail from Structural’s delivery IP addresses: 149.72.168.107. The process confirms we are a safe sender, and grants us permission to deliver emails to your domain(s).

Some examples of the email notifications include:

1.) When a user comments on your post

2.) When a user joins a group you own

3.) Password reset emails

Structural is internal to your organization, and users control their own notification settings. If your IT Team has any questions or needs additional assistance, we’re here: support@structural.com.
