As a Structural Admin you have the ability to enable or disable a user if an automatic company sync is not in place. This allows any Admin to disable a user who has left the company or who has re-joined the company.
To Enable or Disable a user follow the steps below:
Log into your account on app.structural.com
Select your profile photo or initials in the top right hand corner and select Organization Admin.
Select Manage People
Search for a specific employee then click the ellipsis icon on the right side.
Select to either enable or disable the user based on their current status.
If a user is currently enabled, it will show an option to disable the user. If a user is shown as disabled, it will show an option to enable the user.
*In order to see your changes take full effect, you will need to refresh your browser window to confirm the changes you've made.
