1. Verify that automatic updates are configured in the mobile device settings.
  2. Tap the ellipsis (...) icon on your profile to open Preferences. From here, check the app version you are currently running.
  3. Confirm access to a stable connection to WiFi or that the mobile device is using the phone’s data plan.
  4. If an issue persists, force quit the app, restart and then contact Structural support.
