If you are experiencing issues on your mobile device or computer use these steps to report a bug to the Structural Team. The best options for reporting these bugs are to take a screenshot or send a screen recording video to support@structural.com.
How to take a screenshot on your iPhone:
iPhone 8 or earlier:
- Press and hold the Top or Side button.
- Immediately click the Home button, then release the Top or Side buttons.
- A thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add a sketch or drawing. Share it by tapping the share bottom in the bottom left. This screenshot will be saved in your Photos app.
iPhone X or later:
- Press and hold the Side button on the right side of your iPhone.
- Immediately click the Volume up button on the left side, then release the buttons.
- A thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add a sketch or drawing. Share it by tapping the share bottom in the bottom left. This screenshot will be saved in your Photos app.
How to take a screenshot on your Mac:
In all versions of macOS:
- Press Shift-Command-3 to capture the screen of every display.
- Find the screenshot on your desktop.

How to take a screen recording on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap the plus sign next to Screen Recording.
- Swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen. On iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 12 or later, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Press deeply on and tap Microphone.
- Tap Start Recording, then wait for the three-second countdown.
- Open Control Center and tap the target icon or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
- Go to the Photos app and select your screen recording.
How to take a screen recording on your Mac:
Using a shortcut:
- Press Shift + Command (⌘) + 5 on your keyboard.
- Click the fourth option from the left. Your pointer changes to a camera.
3. Click any screen to start recording that screen, or click Record in the onscreen controls.
4. Use the thumbnail to trim, share, or save any screen recordings.
Using Quicktime:
- Open QuickTime Player from your Applications folder, then choose File > New Screen Recording from the menu bar.
- To start recording, click the red circle icon and then take one of these actions: Click anywhere on the screen to begin recording the entire screen or drag to select an area to record, then click Start Recording within that area.
- To stop recording, click in the menu bar, or press Command-Control-Esc (Escape).
- After you stop recording, QuickTime Player automatically opens the recording. You can now play, edit, or share the recording.
