Currently, if a user need to reset their password, it can be reset by the Company Admins or the Structural Support team. In a unique setting where a user does not receive the password reset link via email, then a Company Admin can take the following steps to update the users password and reduce passwords being shared through email.

1. Go to app.structuralapp.com

2. Enter your Structural login credentials the same as app.structural.com (current and future platform).

3. Select your profile photo in the top right

4. Select Settings

5. Select Users


6. Search for the correct user and once you've found the user click the settings ⚙️ icon.


7. Select Edit Password


8. Enter a manual password or use the Auto-Generated password option.

9. Click Save.

To reset the email address for a user, follow the steps to complete the reset.

1. Go to app.structuralapp.com

2. Enter your Structural login credentials the same as app.structural.com (current and future platform).

3. Select your profile photo in the top right

4. Select Settings

5. Select Users

6. Search for the correct user and once you've found the user click the settings ⚙️ icon.

7. Select Edit User


8. Select Edit Email


9. Enter new email address and select Update.
