Before Logging into Structural you can reset your password. Follow the steps for Mobile and Web.

NOTE - When signing in with password, if a user enters the incorrect password 5 times within a 5 minute period, they must wait 5 minutes to sign in. Once that time window has elapsed, users can attempt to sign in again. If you still are unable to reset your password after several attempts please contact support@structural.com.

Mobile:

  1. Type in your Work Email address.

  2. Select Reset Password from Login Screen

3. Select Open Mail App to find the email from Structural. Once you reset your password, you will be launched into Structural.

Web:

  1. Go to app.structural.com

  2. Type in your Work Email address.

  3. Select Change Password from Login Screen

4. Check your email inbox to find the email from Structural. Once you reset your password, you will be launched into Structural.
