Structural tracks the activity (sessions, pages, clicks) inside of the app at an aggregate level, to better understand how to optimize the use of the product for our customers.
Nothing is tracked outside of the app.
The phone number listed on profiles simply initiates the default behavior for the Operating System. On OSX, for example, this starts a Facetime call.
