Once you've selected the +Post option in the top right of the Activity tab.
At the bottom right, select the Person 👤 icon and the directory will appear. Choose the colleague(s) to recognize, and a link to their Profiles will appear.
Add text to celebrate a success, add a thank you for help or a note of encouragement to personalize this acknowledgement!
